They can... I know weird... My deaf friend told me she could hear music and I was like your deaf. I was confused... Maybe she's just Hard of Hearing

I'm not deaf, but I have deaf friends and use ASL, although I'm really bad since I don't use it as often as I used to...And I used to be pretty dang good!

I am moderately deaf and I wear two hearing aids but I can hear well enough that I don't use sign language.
