I'm sooo bored with all my violin music, and all I can find is really boring to play music.

Anyone have any suggestions for something that's not really hard, but not outrageously simple? And also, sounds good? Everything I can find is really easy or reeeeeeally hard.

violin is a sissy instrument

Play in seventh position on the E string and say that. It's comparable to pressing your finger all the way down on cheese wire.

hey, try the Cello if you think that's hard, it's like pressing your fingers down on cheese wire while trying to separate your fingers to the point of dimemberment...on normal songs...

I adore the cello, but don't have the money to get my own.

Loads of irish folk music on there, pretty simple, not much position work, but if you do like your positions, some of them can be made even more simple by moving to second or fifth.

Second position is the bane of my existence. I love first, third, fifth, and above, though.

Well it's perfect for improving it then! Play them all in second, and you'll soon master it!

The Bruch Concerto is a good start... if not, the Mozart G-major concerto No. 3 should be manageable.
